Codek LLC DBA Codek Watches offers a 2-year, limited warranty. The warranty begins when the watch is received and it solely covers mechanical defects of the movement. If the warranty request is valid, then it functions as a partial refund to cover the cost of the repairs. The warranty does not cover any imperfections of the movement, case, strap or any other cosmetic imperfection. If the watch is operational and functional, the warranty will not apply. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. The 3 ATM water resistance only covers light splashing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental submersion in liquid. The warranty is void if unauthorized repair or modification work is performed on the watch. The warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections of the leather strap whatsoever.

Contact us if you break a crown or a crystal. While it's not covered under the warranty, we're committed to providing the best service possible, so we may be able to replace parts for a fee. 

All sales are final. If you have an ongoing warranty claim, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. The returned watch should be received within 30 days after initiating the return. We reserve the right to charge a 35% restocking fee on returns. Codek does not offer any partial refunds on orders outside of the 3-day period after the watch is received.

The watches are shipped out from Codek HQ here in California. We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority. Shipping is free for domestic customers. We ship international orders via USPS First Class Mail International for a flat fee. For customers outside the US, you may be subject to an import tariff / customs fee. This is a distinct from the shipping fee and you are responsible for releasing your own shipment.
